AXDRAFT, An Onit Company is an American contract management software company that makes legal technology for lawyers, legal teams, and other specialists who are involved in contract management. AXDRAFT is a privately held company headquartered in Houston,Texas. In December 2020, it was acquired by Onit, Inc. As of 2022, AXDRAFT has offices in Houston, New York, Frankfurt, Kyiv, and Lviv. Among its core products, AXDRAFT offers a contract lifecycle management platform, a self-service documentation platform, and a free startup documentation service. Since its founding, AXDRAFT has received numerous awards: Best Corporate-Startup Collaboration in 2020 from Ukraine Innovation Awards.  Document Management Platform of the Year in 2020 from LegalTech Breakthrough Awards, a Bronze Stevie in 2022 from The Stevie Awards and a Gold Globee in 2022 from American Best in Business Awards.  AXDRAFT was founded in 2017 by Yuriy and Oleg Zaremba in Kyiv, Ukraine. The platform provides services for checking and monitoring contractors (individuals, legal entities, and local governments), Prozorro procurement and auction analytics, analysis of court cases, permits, licenses, and passports, as well as tools for increasing sales.  We believe that the history of the platform itself is a successful case study for a Ukrainian product company. In fact, over the years of its existence, the platform has evolved from a hobby of one of its founders to one of the main competitors and products based on open data in Ukraine. Throughout its existence, the platform has developed without attracting investment. In 2024 alone, the company's revenue grew 3. 5 times. Also in 2024, the company successfully developed an MVP version of its product for the Albanian Antimonopoly Committee.
