Umico: Building Logistics from Scratch

For the new Umico marketplace, we developed a complete logistics system from the ground up in 8 months. This included 0-mile, cross-docking, last-mile delivery, fulfillment, and establishing ~250 PUDO (Pick-Up/Drop-Off) points.

What We Did

  • Created a financial model for logistics.
  • Automated processes with ERP, TMS, WMS, and customs systems.
  • Trained staff and ensured a seamless launch.

Results

  • Fully operational logistics system with two order processing cycles.
  • Integrated ~200 couriers and automated PUDO points for enhanced efficiency.
