Reverso is a leading provider of language tools for mobile and the web, for consumer, education and corporate markets. In particular, the portal Reverso.net offers free online translation, dictionaries, grammar, spell-checking, conjugation in many languages, with over 60 million active users worldwide.

Outcome

Linkup Studio has partly developed and significantly boosted an influential component of the Reverso product suit: document translation, leading to increased performance and user satisfaction. After extensive redevelopment and fine-tuning, we’ve managed to amplify the performance of this product feature by more than tenfold.

Before our intervention, users endured a minute-long wait for their document translations. In stark contrast, the same process now takes 2-3 seconds. As a result, over 60 million Reverso Ecosystem users can now instantly access and benefit from this feature, rapidly obtaining accurate translations for 16 types of documents across an impressive 625 language pairs. The number of users using that feature has grown up to 20% in 2022.

We’ve played an active role in developing an AI solution that has dramatically enhanced the quality of document translations. This technological leap has led to unprecedented accuracy, guaranteeing that our clients receive the most precise translations possible. In fact, our innovative AI tool has proven its worth, contributing to impressive revenue growth for Reverso in the latter half of 2022.

Also, we extended our design support for the entire Reverso ecosystem. We’re gradually introducing changes to the mobile, web, and desktop apps and managing the designs of various marketing campaigns. We aim to continuously ensure that Reverso retains its #1 position amongst the finest translation tools.
