Challenge
As PayTX set its sights on the European market, they needed more than just a website — they needed a digital presence that would instantly make sense to new users and new industries.
Our job was to take a fairly complex offering — covering everything from e-commerce and gaming to invoicing, credit card processing, and merchant tools — and present it in a way that felt easy, clear, and engaging.

We started working on UX and UI when we agreed on the structure, paying particular attention to the checkout process. Even for new users, it has to be speedy and easy to use.
