4. Fill in your first and last name, create a password, optionally enter your company name, agree to the terms, and click “Create an account.”

You’ll then be redirected to your personal profile on the platform.

Only companies that are verified in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and approved by Lviv IT Cluster – Ukraine’s largest business association uniting leading tech companies – can create profiles on the CodeUA platform. This ensures that you have access to a list of Ukraine’s verified companies, known for providing high-quality services, which can become your reliable business partners.

To see the list of companies you need to be registered on CodeUA platform. After the registration, you can filter companies and vendors by technologies, services and areas of expertise. Each company profile features a “Discuss my project” button, allowing you to reach out directly to the company and start cooperation.

All companies on CodeUA are verified and approved by the Lviv IT Cluster. Use filters to create a shortlist of companies that best match your requirements. You can easily contact interested companies with just one click, and the relevant individuals will respond promptly. In a few weeks, additional tools will be available for reaching out to companies, such as project invitations and matchmaking services. You can also “save” companies you like to your list and contact them later.

Companies or organizations must be officially registered in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. Compliance with all norms of civil, fiscal, and other applicable legal acts is mandatory. At the time of registration, companies or organizations must have an official representative office or branch in Ukraine. The company’s ownership structure must be transparent and understandable to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Association of Lviv Cluster of Information Technologies and Business Services, and USAID. Furthermore, officials, beneficial owners, or individuals managing a Ukrainian company must not appear on any sanctions lists maintained by the international community (e.g., UN, OFAC, European Union).  More terms can be found here.
