ERP Max is a flagship demonstration project developed by the Coderfy team. Our goal is to show how a custom ERP system can solve a business’s complex operational challenges.

The project is a full-featured system that automates key processes in the wholesale fabric trade: from tracking every roll in the warehouse to managing orders and customer interactions.

The Problem: Operational Chaos in Wholesale Trade

Wholesale companies, especially in the textile industry, face complex challenges:

• Complex Inventory: The need to track thousands of fabric rolls with unique parameters (length, weight, color, supplier).
• Manual Management: A high risk of errors when processing orders, issuing invoices, and managing stock across multiple warehouses.
• Lack of Centralization: Data on clients, orders, and warehouse movements are scattered across different spreadsheets or systems, complicating analytics and control.
• Low Efficiency: Time is wasted on routine operations instead of focusing on business development.

Our goal was to create a solution that demonstrates how digital transformation can overcome these problems.

Our Solution: A Full-Featured ERP System

We developed ERP Max from scratch, implementing key modules for complete control over business processes:

• Detailed Product Tracking: Each fabric roll has a unique card with all its parameters and a complete history of its movement within the warehouse.
• Warehouse Management: The system supports multiple warehouses, internal transfers, real-time stock control, and integration with QR/barcode scanners.
• Sales and Orders: The module allows for creating orders, assigning responsible managers, generating invoices and packing slips, and tracking statuses (“Created,” “In Progress,” “Shipped”).
• CRM Module: Manages the customer database, saves order and communication history, and assigns responsible managers.
• Roles and Access Levels: A flexible system for configuring permissions (manager, logistician, warehouse worker, accountant) to ensure data security and operational order.
