Sparkles is developing a user-friendly online platform for retail companies and consumers by letting them easily create personalized products (a personal invitation, a business card, an advanced local marketing campaign, etc.) for printing in the Netherlands and Belgium. We make design accessible to everyone with our online software.

The SharpMinds dedicated development team occurred to be a total match with the customer and provided actable solutions to both the business and technical perspectives. The UA team is working in terms of Development, Quality Assurance & Control under the guidance of the Team Lead and the responsible Project Coordinator, together with the diligent management from the NL side.

So far, together with the UA team, Sparkles: – has developed the automatization of the processes; – has implemented and unified the scope of Order placement -> Order transfer to the factories (taking into consideration different fields responsible for the process); – has improved usability and user-friendliness that makes it easier to involve new specialists in the product together with the automatized user processes; – has rebuilt the project architecture and provided development solutions that replaced the obsolete technologies, and structured the modules; – generalized the system as much as possible, while still leaving room for the shop’s own marketing and communication needs.
