It helps people create appropriate appeals in minutes and connects with the proper government officials. This helps save time on tedious manual writing, removes the fear of making mistakes, and avoids the waste of time by sending letters to the wrong officials. The platform also allows for tracking the mail history after its creation to make sure voices are heard.

In just 2 months of active work, our design experts at Linkup Studio meticulously created the comprehensive product design for the Toto platform. With AI-assisted letter writing, Toto users can quickly create their complaint letters and automatically send them to the appropriate official responsible for the related topic. This process takes only minutes but delivers effective results, supported by other letters on the same topic from other Toto activists. Officials can’t ignore multiple complaints on the same issue. In this way, Toto fosters a culture where responsible and active people support each other in making a real impact and driving change.
