AI Startup Wantent Wins Ukrainian Round of Startup World Cup
At the DOU Day 2025 conference, the winner of the Ukrainian round of the international Startup World Cup competition was announced. The title went to Wantent, a startup developing an AI-based platform for measuring audience engagement and testing content at various stages of production, according to DOU.

The Startup World Cup is organized by the venture capital firm Pegasus Tech Ventures. Each year, the program includes more than 75 local competitions across over 20 countries. Finalists are given the opportunity to present their startups in Silicon Valley and compete for a $1 million investment.
This year, for the first time, the Ukrainian final took place on the Startup Stage at DOU Day. Nine startups from various fields participated in the competition, including mental health, entertainment, music tech, recruitment, customer experience, and more. Each team pitched their solutions to a panel of judges consisting of venture capitalists, investors, and tech industry representatives.
Wantent earned the right to represent Ukraine at the global finals in San Francisco.
