Construction ERP UI/UX Design
Slabstack, an ERP system for concrete and asphalt producers, had a major problem: their interface was outdated, confusing, and hard to use. Key features like factory and lead management were mixed together, making it even more difficult for users to navigate.
We stepped in with a complete redesign.
We simplified the platform by dividing it into clear modules, making it easier to use. The new interface was clean, professional, and focused on B2B needs. We also used Material UI components to ensure future scalability and easier maintenance.
The results were impressive:
- 98% of demo users became clients,
- the usability score hit 91%,
- Slabstack raised a $3.4 million seed round.
The redesign turned their product into a powerful, user-friendly tool that gained industry recognition and strong sales.
