SID Venture Partners Invests in Ukrainian-American Startup GO TO-U

Venture fund SID Venture Partners has announced its latest investment — the Ukrainian-American startup GO TO-U.

GO TO-U is developing an operating system for managing electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. The company’s headquarters is located in Los Angeles, California.

At the time of the investment, the company had access to 950,000 charging stations across 67 countries. GO TO-U is collaborating with thousands of B2B partners, including car manufacturers and EV infrastructure operators, and is an official member of Siemens’ EV Charging Solutions Ecosystem in the U.S.

The platform’s business suite offers white-label branding, API integration, roaming, and integration with payment terminals.

One of the startup’s key innovations is its proprietary Advance Reservation Technology (ART), which ensures a seamless charging experience for EV drivers while helping operators optimize station usage. GO TO-U’s solutions are tailored for various business segments, including charging station operators, office complexes, corporate fleets, hotels, shopping centers, and gas stations.

The amount and terms of the funding round remain undisclosed. However, it is known that the average check from the fund is around $200,000.

“GO TO-U is a great example of how Ukrainian entrepreneurs can successfully compete in the U.S. market — even in such a complex sector as EV infrastructure,” said Dmytro Vartanyan, Managing General Partner at SID Venture Partners.

The fund also noted that its total investment volume has now surpassed $6 million. In a recent interview with Scroll.media, the SID team had reported a total of $5.5 million, indicating that further investment announcements can be expected soon.
