CodeUA Unveils New Features to Boost Workflow and Efficiency

All registered companies on CodeUA can now access the platform’s features. Clients can take advantage of convenient tools to enhance their workflow and boost efficiency. One key highlight is the automatic vendor matching, which allows companies to connect with ideal partners based on their needs and save time and effort.
- Project Creation
Clients can create and publish projects in four simple steps. These involve providing key details about the project: a brief and clear description of the work that needs to be done, a minimum-maximum budget, a project timeline, the industry or tech stack, etc. All these criteria ensure that potential vendors understand the client’s ideas and requirements. At the same time, the information will help to match customers with the ideal partner and quickly find vendors among the companies on the platform. - Matchmaking
After publishing the project, clients can use the matchmaking feature to find the perfect match – the companies that best meet their requirements. The platform automatically analyzes company profiles and suggests relevant vendors that align with the client’s criteria. This is followed by generating a list of the best options, allowing one to choose the most suitable. In such a way the client does not need to review a large number of irrelevant vendors and saves time searching for vendors and ensures an ideal match with a company.
- Proposal Management
Clients can efficiently manage their projects: view the date and time of proposal submissions, check the company’s compliance with required criteria in percent, and mark selected proposals. All the important project information available at your fingertips, with the ability to handpick your favorites, track the status of proposals, allowing to understand at what stage the communication with the company that submitted the proposal is and keep proposals organized on the platform. This helps maintain control over the process and saves time finding the right partner.

For the client’s convenience, we’ve created a comparison table that allows to quickly and easily analyze applications from different companies. This tool allows clients to make informed decisions without spending time on manual data analysis. Clients receive complete information about each selected company in one place, including project costs, timelines, and the team’s compliance with the client’s criteria.
