The review management platform wanted to provide their clients with the opportunity to showcase the reviews on their properties by developing the widget that can be easily embedded into their website.
Solution:
We developed a custom widget that enables property managers to display reviews from OTAs directly on their websites.
Details:
- When the widget is generated, the user gets the code that is embedded into the existing website code and gets displayed.
- Managers can customize the design, choose which OTAs to feature, and select how reviews are displayed.
- The widget can be global (covering multiple properties) or specific to one property.

Phase 2: ChatGPT Integration for Review Management Platform
Problem:
The time-consuming process of crafting personalized responses to online reviews.
Solution:
Integrating the ChatGPT Turbo 3.5 API into the client’s platform.

Language, tone of voice, response nuances (property name, PO/PM signature).
Ease of Use:
A user-friendly interface for quick and efficient response creation.

Quantity the reduction in time spent on review responses and the quality of generated responses compared to human-written ones before.
