Refactoring and development of additional functionality of https://opentender.eu.

• improving the speed of the portal, search, ease of downloading new datasets, improving the quality of dataset processing, reducing ongoing infrastructure costs, new functions.

• Development of registration pop-up for downloading with e-mail validation, analytics outputs
• Indicators for countries if they are provided in the dataset
• Improvements of indicators and language
• Development of infrastructure
• Improve performance for lower costs and better spee
• Update of Elastic Search to more functional version
• Import script refactoring to work with updated ElasticSearch and without old plugin
• Setup of CI/CD pipeline for data upload via S3 bucket
• New filtering functionality
• Adding new countries: Serbia, North Macedonia, Albania
• Requests optimisation to improve performance for lower costs and better speed
