QisX

Quality Information System X-version (QisX) – cigarettes production management system for British American Tobacco Ukraine.

Goal

To develop a software that:

• Collects cigarette production data.
• Visualize quality parameters
• Calculate and visualize quality indexes.
• Control the movement and parameters of raw materials at the different production stages.
• Collect data about the downtime of equipment.
• Manage specifications of the ready products.
• View the work order information.

Result

• We have developed the software that:
• Synchronizes, coordinates, and analyses the cigarette production process.
• Covers operations of three factory structure units, such as tobacco workshop, cigarette workshop, and quality control department.
