Problem 

Ostro faced 3 main problems:

• Speed: Quickly hiring and onboarding top engineering talent

• Cost: Keeping burn rate at a reasonable level as an early-stage company

• Effort: Focus on building and marketing, rather than hiring

Solution

These challenges were addressed by:

• Ostro’s leadership and marketing teams are located in Los Angeles

• A remote engineering team was created by StartupSoft on behalf of Ostro in Lviv

• Ostro retains full ownership over the remote team in Lviv, while StartupSoft takes care of all local management and admin
