Project Overview
Invia Care is a start-up focused on an innovative mobile application that transforms the way medical services are accessed. Their platform helps patients easily find available doctors in their region, book appointments with them without the hassle of waiting in long queues to get high-quality medical care.
Invia Сare approached us with their business idea searching for a highly qualified technical partner that could create secure applications for the medical industry.
The Challenge
The healthcare industry faces several challenges that complicate access to quality medical services such as getting on-time appointments and long waiting times once patients arrive at the office.
Lack of a centralized booking systems, makes interactions between patients and medical institutions more difficult.
High data security requirements as well as Inaccurate or incomplete digitalization processes, such as data exchange, complicate processing as well as the storage of personal information for more efficient online consultations!.
The Solution
Build a platform that addresses each challenge:
Booking:
Implemented a centralized appointment booking system – patients can quickly find doctors by specialty and region and book appointments online.
Digitalization/Data security:
Created secure data exchange and information persistence – ensuring secure data transmission over protected networks and storing information in safeguarded databases and repositories with end-to-end encryption for personal and medical data.
Appointments/Scheduling:
Provided a flexible appointment scheduling which allows patients to customize their appointments by choosing preferred doctors, specifying location, and making special requests. Selection of doctors based on their rating.
Payments/Service:
Added secure payments – support reliable payment methods for consultations and services, and built redundancy into the infrastructure, for make sure availability of the system is persistent at all levels.
Technologies
To create a reliable and scalable product, we used:
- Frontend: React, React Native, TypeScript
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Infrastructure: AWS, Firebase, Docker
- Machine Learning: PyTorch (for future AI functions)
The Result
Admin Panel Functionality – The implemented admin panel not only analyses appointments requests but also visualises pending and long overdue them using a heatmap in real time.
Analytics – provides business insights into which specialists should be recruited based on demographics, location, and the types of appointment requests.
Doctor Performance Evaluation – The administrative panel analyses KPIs of doctors to optimise the service’s operation.

AI-powered urgent case detection – an advanced AI system that analyzes a patient’s symptoms, assesses their severity and provides recommendations for immediate medical attention when necessary.
Summary
We have successfully developed the MVP and are preparing for product launch. We are actively seeking investors and partners to bring the product to market.
