Challenge:
Promodo had relied on Microsoft services since its founding, prioritizing data confidentiality and security. However, collaboration challenges arose due to many clients using Google tools, making workflows inefficient. The company decided to transition to Google Workspace for better integration, productivity, and compatibility with clients.
The migration required transferring thousands of critical files and adapting business processes tailored to Microsoft’s ecosystem. The goal was to ensure a seamless transition while preserving essential data.
