The Onix team was approached by a client who had an existing mobile application for online golf coaching. However, the app’s architecture could have been more conducive to further development and scalability. The client faced usability issues and limitations in scaling the business. Recognizing the potential of online golf coaching, the client sought to revamp the application to provide a well-structured platform for golfers and coaches.
