Unified interface for working with a loan application  

  • verification and checking of business reputation, assessment of financial condition and underwriting, legal expertise, verification and assessment of collateral, decision-making, preparation and processing of the contractual base, implementation in the ABS, post-control

Collateral management  

  • a multi-object collateral model was created and integrated with the Bank’s accounting systemsingle window for entering property data, 30% reduction in the time spent by the CM on working with collaterala workflow for the valuation of collateral was created (52% of the flow, 100% reduction in labor costs for searching for analogues and processing the valuation, reduction in time spent on valuation from 6-12 hours to 5 minutes)Automated generation of the collateral inspection report

Legal analysis  

  • a single form of the conclusion regardless of the type of product, structured containers for the package of documents depending on the type of analysis, automatic determination of the authority to conduct the analysis, a legal risk matrix was generated (50% reduction in analysis time)

Credit decision 

  • structured data entry (no deferral conditions), always up-to-date data, automated printed form of the loan decision

Contractual base 

  • auto-generation of printed forms of contracts (50% reduction in time spent on preparation of the contractual framework)

Implementation of the contractual framework 

  • auto-generation of contracts in the ABS (reduction of time spent on displaying in the ABS from 4 hours to 5 minutes)
