A community of lawyers approached us to develop and design a website. The main requirement was to make a modern design, but not too flashy and animated, because it is, after all, lawyers. The main requirement in terms of functionality was to develop a convenient and quick form for filling in the client’s data and automatic selection of a lawyer suitable for the request. The design and functionality had to be created in such a way that they would be understandable for both a child and an adult.
After studying the market, we began discussing the concept of the site and came to the conclusion that it was worth doing a restrained, classic design that would be associated with the seriousness and prestige of the company. The functionality of the site took a little longer, as we had to tweak the data collection algorithms to make them work virtually error-free. Overall, the site looks clear and accessible, and most importantly, it has all the elements adapted to the needs of the target audience.
At the output, we got, a clear simple interface, which was appreciated by the target audience through the feedback. As a result of the collaboration, the community of attorneys received an influx of new clients. These are both interested people and a currently cold base. Rates of time spent on the site and closing deals have increased.
