Backend Development Services for Restaurant
Impressit team was involved in two projects.
The first one is a voice ordering system HazlVoice Lite. When the cooperation between Impressit and Hazlnut began, a low-level version of the HazlVoice already existed. Our main goal was to rewrite it and develop a new improved version. Impressit accepted this challenge and in collaboration with Hazlnut’s frontend developers created a great complex product and integrated it with Twilio communication tools.
HazlVoice not only allows clients to reserve a table in a restaurant with the help of voice assistant; it also has some other features — from creating a client record in Hazlnut CRM after a client’s call to collecting and sending call statistics to restaurants. And the number of features will only grow to include everything that restaurant owners and managers might need.
Another big part of our cooperation was the development of the integrations. Our team created integration with Square POS system from scratch as well as improved the existing integration with Clover.
