Automation of business processes to improve the efficiency of Tropozond s.r.o. with SAP Business One

Tropozond s.r.o. – manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) under the Skyeton brand, member of the Association of Aviation Industry of the Slovak Republic.

The circumstances of the start of the project:
In February 2024, the leadership of Tropozond s.r.o. decided to automate business processes, as the company had problems with the lack of formalized processes and the need to meet accounting and reporting requirements in accordance with Slovak law.
