While briefing stakeholders, we identified problems we will need to solve to deliver a product that not only meets user expectations but also exceeds them. Common problems include confusing navigation, inconsistent interfaces, or lengthy processes that frustrate users. These friction points create negative experiences, discouraging users and leading to a high churn rate.

Through user flow mapping, we identified friction points and optimized the journey for better usability. Using Jakob Nielsen’s 10 usability heuristics, we crafted intuitive interfaces. A UX audit based on these heuristics ensures clear, accessible, and functional design, enhancing the overall user experience.
