Development of online store Avtopik

Developed an online store for Avtopik, offering one of the most diverse assortments of tires, wheels, and other accessories from the world’s leading automotive manufacturers

Client:
Avtopik offers one of the most diverse ranges of tires, wheels, and other accessories from the world’s leading automotive manufacturers and has served over 100,000 customers for over 10 years.

Main task:
To develop a new online store that will fully meet the Customer’s vision, namely:
– Responsive design and mobile compatibility
– Increase the number of sales: in particular, the value and number of transactions
– Improve usability and user experience
– Stand out from competitors with design and features
– Implementation of a number of marketing tools and automation of work with them
– Fast content loading and smoothness of elements
– The ability to scale (adding new categories, integrations)

It was decided to develop the project by scram methodology and to divide it into 6 sprints:
Thus, the project was implemented step by step and within the set deadlines.

Realized:
– Adaptive design across devices through Progressive Web Apps (PWA), ensuring high-quality interaction on all platforms
– Utilizing React and Next.js to create dynamic user interfaces and improve SEO through server-side rendering, and using Redux for state management.
– A unique step-by-step system for selecting tires and rims by parameters or car brand
– Instant smart search through the catalog and products of the site
– Сonvenient authorization via telegram, Viber and sms, as well as fast communication in chats with managers, so that every customer feels as comfortable as possible
– Implemented product comparison function that will help make the right choice among several options, tire calculator, which will make the process more accurate and convenient, and much more.

Project results:
– The Avtopik project demonstrates how the use of modern technology, intuitive interface and personalization can significantly improve user experience, increase sales and optimize business processes.
– Increased conversions: Usability and personalization led to an increase in completed purchases
